Year after year, we find ourselves indulging during the holiday season and then we are left to make New Year’s resolutions.

One of the more popular resolutions is to get in shape but very often, February rolls around and this is a real challenge.  Motivation may be a factor but for many people, pain often gets in the way of their fitness goals.
